Digital Product Shipping Policy

At BigBlueBoxx we sell digital products only. No physical items will be shipped to your address.

Delivery Method

All products are delivered electronically. After your purchase is completed, your digital product will be made available through one or more of the following methods:

  • instant download on the order confirmation page
  • download link sent to your email
  • access through your customer account or order page

Delivery Time

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after payment is successfully processed. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes depending on payment verification, platform processing, or email delivery speed.

No Physical Shipping

Because our products are digital:

  • no physical package will be mailed
  • no shipping fees should apply unless clearly stated otherwise
  • no tracking number will be provided
  • no customs duties, import taxes, or postal delays apply

Customer Responsibility

Please make sure that:

  • you enter the correct email address at checkout
  • you check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not see the email
  • your device and software can open the file format listed on the product page
  • you have or download your files promptly after receiving access, where applicable

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within 3-working days after purchase, please contact us at:

We will review the issue and help confirm delivery, resend access details, or assist with legitimate technical problems.

Incorrect Email / Access Problems

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

  • an incorrect email address entered at checkout
  • blocked emails or spam filters
  • customer-side device, software, or internet issues
  • third-party platform outages beyond our control

However, we will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase.

Order Fulfillment

An order for a digital product is considered fulfilled when the download link, access instructions, or digital file has been successfully provided to the customer. For digital content sold with immediate access, the supply may begin as soon as payment is completed, which matters in places like the EU where withdrawal rights can be affected only if the customer expressly consents and acknowledges that consequence.
