Digital Product Refund Policy

Effective Date: 16 April 2026

At BigBlueBoxx, we sell digital products only. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on digital products once they have been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • accidental purchases
  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • failure to read the product description before purchase
  • lack of usage
  • inability to use the product due to customer device, software, or internet issues outside our control
  • incompatibility with third-party software, apps, or platforms unless compatibility is specifically stated on the product page

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If required by law, we may provide a refund, replacement, repair, or other appropriate remedy where the digital product:

  • was not delivered
  • is defective or corrupted
  • is materially different from the description
  • does not function as legally required

Immediate Access and Waiver

By purchasing a digital product from our store, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately after payment.

If you are located in a country where consumer law provides a cooling-off period or withdrawal right for digital content, you acknowledge that, where permitted by law, this right may be lost once the digital product has been supplied or access has begun. In places like the EU and UK, that loss of the withdrawal right depends on the customer giving express consent and acknowledgment before supply begins.
